Caterina Harris Earl’s mission is to equip and empower women to find their passion and live their dreams. “When you change the life of a woman, you change the life of the world.” She is a powerful motivator, trainer and speaker. She resides in Chicago, IL and Brentwood, CA. She currently is a co-host on a Daily Radio Broadcast on 910am SuperStation – WFDF entitled “We Got Issues”. Education
Caterina is a college graduate with a degree in Political Science and Economics from Mills College in Oakland, CA. She attended the University of Southern California Master’s Degree program in Public Administration. Caterina is a graduate of the elite Coro Foundation Fellowship Program in San Francisco, CA, the Entrepreneurial Edge Program, the Coach Excellence School and traveled to Brisbane, Australia to complete Mastery University.
Business
Caterina has been a successful entrepreneur for nearly three decades. She is a leadership and self development coach who is well respected in her field. Her greatest joy is training and developing other female entrepreneurs. Her expertise lies in teaching leaders how to think strategically. She is a master at developing systems that create efficiency for sustainable growth. After spending time with her in a coaching session, hearing her on stage or attending one of her classes your passion for success will be ignited.
Caterina has spoken for Companies including United Parcel Service, the March of Dimes, the Port of Oakland, the Oakland Mayor’s Office, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, the Church of God in Christ Leadership and a host of other organizations. Caterina is a former Board of Trustees member of her alma mater, Mills College and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Caterina has achieved the highest position with Mary Kay, Inc. as a Global National Sales Director. Prior to 30 years of entrepreneurship, her career was in the non-profit and political arena in Oakland, CA and Washington, DC.
Family
Caterina is married to Dr. Anthony Earl. She has 5 “bonus” adult children and a host of grandchildren that call her Gigi. Originally from Fremont, CA, in the heart of Silicon Valley, Caterina is known as a “techie” to all of her friends. She has filled up her passport several times and loves to learn about different cultures, attend Jazz Festivals in every corner of the world and to master all of the latest gadgets
